“Pierre Bleue Belge”

For centuries, the authentic blue stone extracted from our quarries has been unique and emblematic of Belgium. It was extracted and manufactured by the company “Pierre Bleue Belge s.a.” to adorn some of the finest architecture in Belgium and abroad. In Belgium for example, we can admire the Cinquantenaire arcade, Victor Horta’s facades, the Grand Palais du Centenaire, and the Royal Galleries in Brussels. Internationally, the university library of Strasbourg, the Filmmuseum Eye in Amsterdam and Leipzig airport are all adorned with it. Belgian blue stone has also been used by artist such as sculptor Martin Hollebecq and Eugène Dodeigne. Its polish, its infinite finishing possibilities and its patina are true sources of inspiration for our team.

“Geldhof”

Since 1954, the Confiserie Geldhof has been delighting us with his cuberdons. Some are sweet, bewitching reminders of childhood, in the shape of a nose or a priest’s hat. Above all, they are also sweet syrup candies, coated with a sugar crust. Made from a secret recipe dating back from 1873, the cuberdon is recognized as a traditional Flemish regional product. Crunchy on the outside and deliciously melting in his heart, it is one of Belgium’s most famous confections.

“Neuhaus”

Since 1857, Neuhaus has been making us dream with their delicious pralines. Whether chocolate or filled, they are full of tradition and know-how to delight our most gourmand taste buds. Neuhaus is above all a chocolate with a balanced and refined taste, the fruit of ancestral recipes that are still kept secret. Made in Belgium, this confectionary has won over a large numbers of consumers and now enjoys an international reputation. So much that the pralines have become THE Brussels gift. One example is the famous ballotin created by Louise Agostini, wife of Jean Neuhaus. At that time, this delicacy represented luxury and prestige, sounding like a culinary apogee. Since 2000, Neuhaus has also been an official supplier of the Royal Court of Belgium, making the company a perfect blend of innovation and originality, the fruit of creative geniuses.

“Ruffus”

In the early 2000s, a crémant was born in the region of Binche, overshadowing the champagnes. A 100% Chardonnay white wine named Ruffus, in honor of the first Lord of Estinnes and Bray. The vines for this sparkling wine grow on these white limestone-rich soils. They will produce a wine long remained confidential and restricted to a few star restaurants. With its traditional fermentation method, the cuvée Lord Rufus is designated to seduce both amateurs as well as more educated palates. As a result, these Belgian sparkling wines have been rewarded with the highest international distinction, seeing its vineyard honored with the title of Knight of Merit.
